The Bocciapp application is designed to simulate the original game known as Boccia, a sport similar to petanque, created for people with cerebral palsy and physical disabilities with a high level of functional affectation.
In addition to playing with the device touch screen, it can be played with push-buttons.People with reduced mobility can access the Bocciapp application by using the “AmiAlcanceGamesAdapter” application, which lets players configure Bluetooth and OTG buttons for use in mobile applications.
BOCCIAPP is a free application promoted by the Vodafone Foundation Spain with the collaboration of University of Oviedo Foundation and Confederación ASPACE.
The application has been developed by Wildbit and ASPACE Zaragoza.
